Spanish Mission
Step straight into 1930s Hollywood and relive the romantic glamour years in this rare and extraordinarily beautiful Spanish Mission style residence. A full restoration of all the walls, ceilings, oak panelling, fireplaces, replacing every fitting, remodelling three bathrooms and two kitchens with Carrara marble, rebuilding of pool, installing wrought-iron detailing and all landscaping.

Amongst Mission Bay’s elite residences, a home transformed into a luxury retreat for the entire family to enjoy. This project incorporated everything the heart can desire, an array of effortless entertaining areas, new living rooms, a generous central kitchen leading to one of two expansive covered outdoor entertaining areas, and lush landscaping in a tropical theme - a paradise for local bird life.

The Mayor
This 1930s home was originally stucco, but was renovated using a weatherboard; transitioning from Spanish Colonial to an American Colonial style. Late mayor of Auckland, Sir Dove-Myer Robinson, was a former owner. The significant changes also included a new basement level, pool and decks and a new terraced sub-tropical garden garden.
